Shipping and Returns

Customer satisfaction is the company's No.1 priority. We try to ensure that each customer has a seamless experience on each transaction. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances you are not happy with the product, then the following terms apply for a mutually consented resolution of the situation. If an item you ordered from thedesigncart.com does not meet your expectations, please do write to us and we would be happy to assist you.

We, at Cherry Crafts India are dedicated to offering you the best quality products. However, there is a remote possibility that minor errors might occur while processing orders. We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

- The item may be damaged during transit.
- There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- An incorrect item was shipped to you.

The following policy terms will apply in each of the above cases.

In case you receive a damaged item or if you receive an incorrect item (different from what was ordered) or if a product is misrepresented on our site, please contact us by email or chat, or phone within 24 hours of your receipt of the product. You must save all packing materials as well as the item itself. We will give you an instant resolution.

- We will ship a replacement product to you at the earliest possible time with no extra shipping cost.

- If the originally ordered item is no longer in stock then we will request you to choose an alternate item and ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost.

Important & Helpful Guidelines on Returns

* Custom Orders are not covered under the standard return policy. They will be treated separately on a case-to-case basis.

* Please report your problem with the product within 24 hours of receiving the product in question.

* Please do not courier back an item to us without prior consultation with our customer relations team. It is certainly very critical that we verify the legitimacy of the claim. Requests for credit or replacement or refund shall not be entertained under such circumstances.

* Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem, as all returned items are examined for defects/variations.

* Please return your items using registered airmail/courier as advised in our return authorization mail. The shipping costs of sending the products back are to be borne by the customer unless an exception to this is agreed upon.

* Please return any package within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, with original packing & original condition. All returns are examined to verify customer claims. Upon confirmation, the amount is either refunded, credited or a replacement item is resent to the customer as has been mutually agreed. 

* Sequins once cut as per designs are not covered under the standard return/cancellation policy.

* Certain threads and wires are not covered under the standard returns policy.

* Custom Dyed products are not covered under the standard returns policy.

* Certain fabrics once cut from bundles are not covered under the standard returns policy.

* Certain branded products such as Crystals, Swarovski & Stones & Jade Agate Onyx, or any other Dyed Beads and its products made are not covered under the return policy.

Terms Applicable for Issuance of Refunds

* Please note that no custom orders will be replaced, refunded, or taken back. 

* Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the company.

* Please note that refunds can take 7-10 working days to reflect in customers’ bank accounts. The customer’s corresponding banks may take 2-3 business days to post these to the custo
